-Dye hair green
-Better powder job so face doesn't shine on-camera
(If anyone can give me some suggestions on the shiny-face part, let me know! I used Ben Nye Clown White makeup.)

I'd try a little dusting of white powder on top of the Ben Nye, or a mattifier. See if that helps.
